We process your email or Apple sign-in identifier, authentication credentials, and the profile details you provide (name, avatar, birthday, gender, region and introduction) for sign-in, age checks, profiles and invitations. We store confirmed partner relationships, invitation status, daily practice progress, submitted answers, emotion ratings and weekly reflections to provide those features.
Messages and media you send, call participants and status, reports and blocks are processed for communication and safety. Device/system versions, IP addresses, request times and necessary error logs support security and troubleshooting. Audio and video are transmitted for calls; the current service does not offer call recording.
Apple transaction, product, environment, purchase, expiration and revocation details and an app-account identifier support membership verification and recovery. Push tokens, installation identifiers and account bindings support notifications you allow. We do not receive your bank-card details.
Microphone and camera permission is requested for calls, photo access for selected uploads, and notification permission for alerts. You can decline or turn permissions off in system settings; text interaction and basic practice remain available.
We use information for the service, transactions, safety and legal requirements. We do not sell personal information or use message/practice contents for advertising profiles.
Account and practice information is retained while you use the service. Request deletion in Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Support processes your request; you can continue signing in while it is pending. The page shows when your account is closed and sign-in stops. Account closure and cleanup of profile, Apple sign-in association, practice, reflections, push bindings and message-service data may finish in separate stages. Contact our email for the scope and progress of data deletion. Copies already saved by other participants may remain on their devices.
Payment verification, dispute and security audit records required by law have restricted access and purposes. Backup copies expire through backup rotation and are not used for active service. Connections use HTTPS, server credentials have access controls and Apple refresh credentials, when stored, are encrypted at rest. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions; manage renewal in Apple subscription settings.
You can edit your profile, report or block users, manage notifications, restore purchases and request account deletion. Contact our email for access, correction and deletion requests. The service is for people aged 18 and over. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or here; new optional uses require applicable consent.
